Please read these terms before you book.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by AYAN AIR. We sell flight tickets as a travel agent; the flight itself is operated by the airline under its own conditions of carriage.
2. Booking and payment
A booking holds the seat until the time limit shown. The ticket is issued only after payment. Unpaid bookings are cancelled automatically by the airline.
3. Passenger details
Names and passport details must match the passport exactly. Name corrections may not be possible or may cost a fee.
4. Fare rules
Every fare has its own rules for baggage, changes, cancellation and no-show, shown before you book. These rules apply to your ticket.
5. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Changes and refunds follow the fare rules and the airline's decision. Fees are deducted from the refund. Our service fee, if any, is not refundable.
6. Travel documents
Passengers are responsible for valid passports, visas and health documents. We are not responsible if travel is refused for missing documents.
7. Schedule changes
Airlines may change times or cancel flights. We will inform you and help you with the options the airline offers.
