Your seat is held until the time limit shown on your booking. Pay before then (at our office or by the way we tell you), otherwise the airline cancels the seat.

It depends on the fare rules. The cancellation fee is taken from the ticket price and the rest is returned to you. See the fare rules before booking.

A no-show fee applies and the remaining flights on the ticket may be cancelled by the airline. Tell us before departure if you cannot travel — it usually costs less.

After the airline confirms the refund, we return the money within a few working days.

On one ticket your bags normally go through to the final destination. Check with the check-in desk at your first airport.
